Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU RN at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith for a 13-week contract. You will be working overnight shifts from 1845 to 0715, providing specialized care to high-risk neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting. Your responsibilities will include managing infants on high frequency and conventional vents, administering CPAP and nitric oxide therapy, performing body cooling procedures, and attending high-risk deliveries and cesarean sections. This assignment offers a unique chance to deepen your expertise in intensive neonatal care, with the possibility of floating to mother-baby or pediatrics as needed. The environment is fast-paced but rewarding, and you’ll be part of a compassionate team dedicated to the well-being of fragile newborns.
