Job Description:
Join a specialized pediatric intensive care team as a Respiratory Therapist in Durham, North Carolina. This 13-week travel contract offers the opportunity to work in a Level IV NICU, focusing on neonatal and pediatric respiratory diagnostics. Expect to lead with high-frequency jet ventilators and oscillating ventilators, caring for neonatal to adolescent patients with complex cardiac anomalies. The shift consists of three 12-hour days per week, with six weekend shifts included in the schedule. An ideal candidate will have at least two years of NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatric experience, along with the required certifications—ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS. This role requires an active North Carolina RRT license or the ability to obtain it within 2-4 weeks.
