Job Description:

Join a dedicated telemetry unit in Prescott, Arizona, where you'll be part of a team managing patients with conditions such as CHF, COVID, respiratory issues, GI problems, diabetics, post-cath care, and total joint replacements. This 13-week travel contract involves 12-hour night shifts, offering an immersive experience in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation. A key highlight of this assignment is the opportunity to hone skills in basic telemetry strip reading and interpreting complex cardiac rhythms, including CVA and TIA cases. The work environment encourages autonomy with RN's required to interpret and sign strips at least once per shift, and a thorough orientation prepares you for the unique patient profile and systems like Cerner. Whether you're titrating set rate drips like Diltiazem or managing breathing treatments with BiPAP and CPAP equipment, this role offers plenty of opportunities to apply critical skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
