Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU nursing team in Boise, where you'll be caring for neuro, cardiovascular, and other critical care patients on a combined unit that offers a fast-paced but rewarding environment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing essential bedside care, and managing titratable medications such as dopamine, epi, norepi, and insulin. You will work alongside experienced RTs, charge nurses, and resource staff, with opportunities to float within the valley's ICU network. Prior ICU experience of at least two years is required, but specialized experience in trauma, burns, or transplants is not necessary. This assignment presents a great chance to hone your critical care skills while supporting a team that values flexibility and professionalism.
