Job Description:

This RN position at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin offers an engaging opportunity to work on a Med/Surg unit with adult and geriatric patients. The 12-hour night shifts provide a chance to experience the quieter, often more focused nighttime environment. You will be responsible for delivering quality care, managing a patient load with a 6:1 ratio, and floating between units as needed. Your expertise in acute adult and geriatric patient needs will be central to this assignment, which provides an opportunity to hone your skills in a supportive setting with a focus on trauma-level care.
