Job Description:

Join a high-energy ICU team for a contract assignment that offers a chance to showcase your critical care skills. This role requires experience with Impella devices and CRRT/NXSTAGE systems, making it ideal for nurses experienced in advanced circulatory and renal therapies. You’ll be responsible for managing complex ICU patients, including performing lab sticks, EKGs, and line starts. The setting involves floating across various ICUs and occasionally to the ED or PACU, so adaptability is key. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, providing the opportunity to experience a different rhythm of hospital life while working with state-of-the-art equipment like Alaris IV pumps and Servo I ventilators. This assignment promises a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes in a busy, fast-paced ICU.
