Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Respiratory Therapists in Weston, WI, for a 13-week contract providing critical support in various departments including inpatient units, ER, ICU, and more. You'll be responsible for delivering essential therapies such as ventilator management, ABGs, EKGs, bipaps, and assisting with intubation in emergency situations. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, with an average of 36 hours per week. This assignment offers a chance to showcase your skills in a busy hospital setting that covers high-risk deliveries and accommodates both team collaboration and independent work. Prior traveler experience and familiarity with ventilator equipment are preferred, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive management team—Sheri Socha, Manager, and Cindy Williams, Lead RT. Expect to participate in department-specific orientation and potentially cover some weekend and holiday shifts.
