Job Description:

Join a top-tier ICU team as a Registered Nurse in a vibrant hospital setting that values adaptability and expertise. The assignment involves 12-hour day shifts, with options for 36, 36/48, or 48 hours per week—perfect for those who enjoy a balanced yet challenging workload. No specific unit assignment means you'll float seamlessly across Neuro, Stroke, and ICU departments, gaining diverse hands-on experience. Expect to interpret and manage dysrhythmias, oversee continuous IV sedation, monitor ICP, and handle vent management and CRRT procedures. ACLS, NIH, CPI, and BLS certifications are required, with a preference for CCRN credential holders. This assignment promises a dynamic environment where your skills directly impact patient recovery. Plus, you’ll work every other weekend, providing a rhythm that balances work and personal time.
