Why did you choose Atlas MedStaff?
Since my childhood dream of being a Ninja Turtle didn't pan out; I chose the next best thing which was working at Atlas. Everything Atlas does incorporates values I believe in and a passion for doing the right thing in every situation.
My spouse, Linsey.
We have two furchildren. Maddie, an Aussie/Pit Mix; that rules the house. Milo, a Boxer/Pit mix; that tries to eat everything in the house.
When I am not working I can be found watching or playing sports of most any kind, taking the boat out to the lake, spending time with my family, listening to music and enjoying delicious food. I am also a huge nerd and love Star Trek, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, and many more.
Any other information you want to share:
I have one kidney.
I used to have two. I didn't misplace it. I know exactly where it is.
In 2016, I had the amazing opportunity to be a live kidney donor for my mom. Snickelfritz, the name we gave my donated kidney (or “Snick” as we affectionately call him), was a champ throughout the entire process. Not only did Snick save my mom, but he officially earned me the title of "Favorite Child".
Throughout the entire donation process — from my initial evaluation, to the surgery, to the post-donation surgery recovery — I experienced first-hand the boundless heart and care nurses provide to people every day.
Now I get to work with nurses around the country and use my experience to help find amazing travel jobs for them, and, hopefully, to help other families like mine in some small way by being part of that journey. It's what Snick would want.
