Why did you choose Atlas MedStaff?
As a prior ER travel nurse for Atlas, I already knew that they stood behind their nurses and always did the right thing because I experienced it myself. It was important for me to know the company I worked for had that moral foundation and I could take care of my nurses the way they took care of me! I had followed my Atlas recruiter (while traveling) from another company and over the years we have grown to be really good friends (more like BFF’s). She encouraged me to give recruiting a try. After traveling, I took a management role that allowed me the experience of hiring travelers and working with a couple VMS's, but this side of the industry has always been of interest to me and even more so now that I am “grounded” with a new baby and wife in med school. It’s an adventure every day and I am loving it!
