Why did you choose Atlas MedStaff?
The overall integrity, honesty and vision of ownership (Steve and Rich). Plus, when I arrived in Omaha for training I was welcomed with open arms and made to feel like part of the team from the moment I arrived. I soon realized that the “family culture” I was emphatically told about before and during my interviews was exactly as advertised, and that I had made a great career decision.
Mom (Kathy), Dad (Jim), Stepmom (Anne), Stepdad (Wayne), younger sisters (Kate & Frannie), stepbrother (Christian) and my two amazing nephews, Boston & Sam.
Zorro (cat). I’d also like to adopt a couple dogs and rabbits after I move to Denver.
Hiking, camping, spending as much time in nature as possible, traveling, cooking, poker, music/live concerts/podcasts, collecting vinyl, comedy, volunteering, blogging, writing, and last but not least supporting my beloved sports teams & schools: Bengals, Cubs, Blackhawks, IU Hoosiers, UC Bearcats, F.C, Cincinnati & Arsenal F.C..

I feel extremely blessed and fortunate to be a part of such a dynamic (and growing) group at Atlas. Having been a recruiter in the travel nursing industry for going on ten years, I know what a special privilege it is to work for an agency that truly treats their employees and nurses like family and stakes their reputation on doing things the right way aka “.The Atlas Way”. I feel passionate about and inspired by the nurses we serve, who in turn are able to better take care of their families, the patients they serve and ultimately help to make our client hospitals operate more efficiently & effectively.
