Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown care in the lively city of Fort Smith, Arkansas. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to monitor patients recovering from post-CV surgeries, expertly titrating cardiac drips including Nitro and Cardizem, and utilizing advanced respiratory support equipment like Bipaps and Airvos. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your ability to recognize deteriorating patient conditions will be crucial, enabling you to make impactful decisions in real-time.
