Job Description:

Join our exceptional team in Duluth, Minnesota, as a critical care float pool RN! You'll embark on a unique journey, floating between critical care units and, when necessary, lower acuity units based on patient census. This role offers the excitement of varied experiences and challenges, perfect for nursing professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will provide essential care while collaborating with a diverse health care team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Minnesota RN License, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. While a minimum of one year of acute care experience is essential, preference will be given to candidates with critical care experience within the past three years.
