Job Description:

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Castro Valley, California, you will embark on a rewarding journey in the vibrant and fulfilling world of maternity care. This position invites you to work 3 nights a week, with shifts running from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Your nights will be bustling with activity as you support expectant families during one of life’s most significant moments. Your specialized skills in advanced fetal monitoring and labor assistance will be put to the test as you navigate the unique challenges that arise in the labor and delivery suite.

This role not only emphasizes your clinical expertise but also your ability to remain calm under pressure while providing guidance to families in varying stages of labor. Each shift will be an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, offering support and reassurance as new life enters the world.
