Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a NICU Registered Nurse in sunny Tucson, Arizona! Bring your expertise and passion for neonatal care to a busy, high-volume delivery hospital renowned for its Level III-IV NICU. In this role, you will navigate the night shifts, with three 12-hour shifts that will have you awake while the world snoozes, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of our tiniest patients.

As a NICU RN, you will collaborate with a skilled team, and occasionally float to Pediatrics or PICU, enhancing your experience in a dynamic setting. Your NRP and BLS certifications, along with your two years of specialized NICU experience, will help you thrive in this high-stakes environment. An added perk? You'll be part of a supportive environment offering orientation sessions twice a month to ensure you are prepared and comfortable in your new role.
