Job Description:

Join our team as an OR RN or CVOR RN for a contract assignment at a teaching hospital in High Point, NC. This role offers the chance to work in a busy surgical department with 11 operating rooms, including a dedicated CVOR and a robotic Da Vinci XI system. You'll perform a variety of surgeries such as orthopedic, neurosurgery, cardiovascular (CABG, AVR, MVR, Aorta repairs), urology, gynecology, general, and thoracic procedures. The setting emphasizes circulating skills, with minimal pediatric cases and an overall focus on adult surgeries. The schedule features 10-hour days with weekend rotations every other week, and call is required only when procedures are scheduled. You'll work alongside experienced staff in a supportive environment where open communication and teamwork are valued. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to advanced surgical techniques and equipment, including robotic surgery, in a hospital that fosters a friendly and inclusive culture.
