Job Description:

Join our dynamic surgical team in beautiful Naples, Florida, as a Travel Operating Room Nurse! This exciting 13-week assignment will have you on the front lines of surgery, where your critical thinking and expertise will shine. You’ll be working 12-hour day shifts, from 6:30 AM to 7 PM, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the operating room. Expect to utilize your skills in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology, while also floating to various campuses as needed.

With a focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and OR Technicians, playing a vital role in planning and executing surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing surgical supplies, maintaining efficient case flow, and assisting during surgeries—all while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients. You’ll be expected to uphold the highest standards of patient care, demonstrating your leadership and scientific judgment in this fast-paced setting.
