Job Description:

Join an exciting opportunity as a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Charleston, South Carolina! In this unique role, you'll be immersed in diverse pediatric units, floating among CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, allowing you to expand your skills and experience across critical care settings. Your shifts will consist of three 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM, guaranteeing you a great work-life balance while fulfilling a 36-hour weekly commitment.

As a Pediatric RN, you'll directly engage with patients needing specialized care and will be instrumental in their critical treatment journeys. Your expertise in pediatric intensive care will shine as you handle ratios of 1:2 or 1:3, ensuring a focused experience for each child and their families. Whether you’re seasoned in ECMO and CRRT or eager to learn, we value your skills and are open to supporting your growth!
