This unique role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit, where you will support patients dealing with a variety of medical issues, including ventilator weaning, trauma, and substance detox. Your shifts will alternate between 12-hour nights, allowing you to experience the vibrant life of this Wisconsin city after hours. Time to shine your resilience and quick decision-making skills while floating as needed between higher acuity units! With every other weekend and holiday required, you'll have a structured schedule yet ample time to explore the region.
