Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Norfolk, Virginia, where you'll take on adventure and excellence in a mixed 24-bed fast-paced, high acuity IMC/CC unit specializing in advanced heart failure therapies. As part of our dedicated team, you'll work 12-hour night shifts and engage with a variety of complex cases such as heart failure, VAD complications, and renal failures, ensuring a stimulating work environment every shift.

In this role, you will assist and manage critically ill patients, implementing advanced therapies while working with cutting-edge equipment including LVADs and bedside monitors. Expect to titrate vasoactive drips and support patients facing various cardiovascular challenges. Your expertise will ensure that our patient ratios remain manageable and that quality care is consistently delivered.
