Job Description:

Join a bustling medical surgical unit in Reno, NV, where you will deliver care to a diverse adult patient population with conditions ranging from respiratory and cardiac issues to neurological and infectious diseases. This 54-bed unit handles a high volume of complex cases like COPD, sepsis, and diabetes, with patients spanning from young adults to seniors. The role involves providing nursing care during the night shift, 12-hour hours from 1845 to 0715, on a schedule that can include weekends and holidays. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, possibly floating to other units based on organizational needs. If you’re experienced in Med Surg and hold an NV RN license along with BLS certification, this assignment offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment that challenges and enhances your nursing skills.
