Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Greensboro, North Carolina, and experience a contract that’s as engaging as it is rewarding. You’ll be working night shifts—three 12-hour nights per week—caring for complex cardiac ICU patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage post-surgical cardiac cases, including patients on ECMO, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and those requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring like Swan-Ganz catheters. The setting is fast-paced and specialized, perfect for nurses with at least two years of CVICU experience and a passion for acute cardiac care. Expect to interpret EKGs, manage multiple drips, and assist with procedures such as chest tube placements and ventilator management, all while floating across various Cone Health campuses. It’s a chance to sharpen your skills in a challenging but supportive environment.
