Job Description:

Join a dedicated team caring for cardiac and pulmonary patients in a hospital setting. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive initial assessments, develop tailored care plans with input from patients and their families, and implement nursing interventions such as medication administration, IV procedures, and patient education. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, monitoring lab results, managing pain, and ensuring safe patient discharges. The assignment offers a chance to work closely with a collaborative healthcare team, participate in team huddles, and contribute to continuous patient safety and quality.
