Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a NICU Registered Nurse on this 12-hour night shift assignment. You'll be caring for fragile infants and supporting their families within a specialized neonatal setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a guided ratio of 1:3 and participate in floating between mother-baby and pediatric units when needed. Be prepared for potential emergency team assignments where staying beyond your shift may be required to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise in post-op experience and neonatal care will be essential in this critical role.
