Job Description:

This contract role involves providing specialized clinical care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The selected healthcare professional will perform individualized assessments, develop care plans, and deliver safe, therapeutic treatments to patients. You’ll work closely with families and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality outcomes and advocate for patient needs. The role requires adaptability, especially during on-call situations, as you’ll need to respond within 45 minutes when required. Expect to work every other weekend and various weekday shifts between early morning and late afternoon, offering a balanced schedule for those who enjoy a variety of work hours.

Job Specifics:

Location: La Mesa, California
Shift: Variety of shifts including 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
