Job Description:

Step into a challenging ICU RN role where you'll be the backbone of critical care during 12-hour night shifts. You'll work with up to 10 beds, managing an average of 8 rooms, and have the opportunity to handle low acuity cases alongside higher acuity patients during occasional shifts with up to three patients. Your focus will be on providing high-quality care, adjusting effortlessly to floating within the ICU and sister facilities as needed. This assignment offers the chance to sharpen your critical care skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and experience the rhythm of night shifts that bring a unique energy to healthcare delivery.
