Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a House Supervisor leading overnight operations in a vibrant California setting. This role involves overseeing hospital units during the night shift, providing leadership and ensuring smooth workflow. You will be called upon to float to Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Medical/Surgical departments to cover meal periods, offering a varied and engaging experience. The position requires an active California RN license, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. NRP is a plus. The work offers a chance to demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment, all while enjoying the unique setting of the California coast after hours.
