Job Description:

Join a specialized Cardiac ICU assignment at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY, where you'll step straight from the operating room into intensive care. This 12-hour night shift requires a nurse skilled in cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve surgeries, Swans, and IABPs. Expect to monitor critically ill adults on ventilators, perform hemodynamic assessments, and floats to Stepdown or Med Surg units as needed. The role offers a chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility, with a focus on adult patients in shock, vascular, thoracic, and cardiac conditions.
