Job Description:

Join a specialized respiratory therapy team supporting a busy Level 3 NICU in a short-term acute care hospital. This placement focuses on neonatal and neuro diagnostics work, requiring proficiency with neonatal oscillating ventilators and a minimum of two years' NICU experience, including Level 1 Trauma settings. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday, floating between the hospital’s Bridgeport and Milford campuses as needed. Expect to support various units, including NICU and Pediatric areas, and to orient new staff or students if required. This role offers the chance to be part of Yale New Haven Health System, providing critical respiratory services in a dynamic environment where your skills directly support fragile neonatal patients and neuro diagnostics procedures.
