Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team in the heart of New Orleans, where you'll be caring for critically ill patients in a fast-paced Trauma Level I & II facility. This contract role involves 12-hour day shifts, providing an opportunity to see the impact of your skills during intense, rewarding shifts. As a nurse here, you'll precept new team members, work with EPIC electronic health records, and manage a patient ratio of 1:2. Float coverage is required within the ICU, and weekend shifts come every other week. Certification in ACLS and BLS is essential, and additional certifications like NIHSS, CPI, PALS, or TNCC are preferred. Scrubs are provided for your convenience, and you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a dynamic environment.
