Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at a vibrant Birth Center and Mother Baby unit in Martinsburg, West Virginia, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work within a hospital recognized for its Baby-Friendly designation and Advanced Perinatal Care Certification. You'll be responsible for circulating and recovering during C-section procedures, managing high-risk deliveries, and providing comprehensive support for new mothers and their babies in private suites. The unit features private bathrooms and a cozy, home-like ambiance. Be prepared for 12-hour night shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, and enjoy participation in holiday coverage and every-other-weekend rotations. This setting promises an enriching experience for those with at least three years of notable C-section experience. The environment is equipped with state-of-the-art infant security and lactation support, and you'll work alongside a team of in-house OB hospitalists and neonatology experts, all fostering a family-centered approach to care.
