Job Description:

Join a skilled telemetry nursing team on a 12-hour night shift assignment in St. Peters, Missouri. You'll be providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients, including those recovering from stroke, cardiac catheterization, and various surgical procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in telemetry, stroke management, and post-catheterization care will be essential. The assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive during night hours and enjoy floating between facilities to support a busy 110-bed short-term acute care hospital. Expect to utilize your experience in Epic charting, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, with some initial orientation outside regular shifts for a smooth transition.
