Job Description:

Join a dedicated telemetry unit in Prescott, Arizona, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to interpret basic tele strips, manage patients with conditions such as CHF, COVID, respiratory issues, GI disorders, diabetes, post-cath care, and total joint replacements. Experience with CVA, TIA, and Cerner is preferred, with a focus on quick decision-making and clinical accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You’ll become familiar with evaluating rhythm strips, collaborating with charge nurses and house supervisors, and working with a team of nurse aides and monitoring techs. The assignment includes a one-shift orientation and demands adaptability, including floating to other units like East Campus or PCU if needed. The position features a comprehensive schedule, including weekend and holiday rotations, emphasizing teamwork and flexibility.
