Job Description:

Join the team at Frederick Health Hospital for a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum RN contract that places you at the heart of a vibrant community just a short drive from Baltimore and Washington DC. You'll work on a specialized 27-bed LDRP unit focusing on couplet care, newborn assessment services, and antepartum patient management. This role involves caring for postpartum, newborn, and antepartum patients, with the opportunity to float to Labor and Delivery to support the team during busy times. Expect to work night shifts, providing hands-on care in a setting where your experience in labor, recovery, antepartum, and postpartum care will truly shine. This assignment is perfect for RNs with a minimum of three years of current LDRP experience, including active fetal monitoring certification, with some cross-training in antepartum and postpartum care. No call is required, and rotating holidays plus weekends keep your schedule varied but predictable. This unique opportunity allows for travel, offering a chance to experience a different city while doing what you do best—the care of mothers and newborns.
