Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department in Redding, CA, where you'll be managing a high volume of diverse cases including trauma, stroke, pediatrics, and psychiatric patients. This role involves independently overseeing patient flow in a 28-bed ER setting, with fast track, trauma bays, and hallway beds, especially during overnight hours. You'll be taking the lead on patient assessments, coordinating care, and ensuring smooth operations during your 12-hour night shifts. Candidates should have at least 2 years of ER experience, preferably with Level II trauma background, and a proven ability to handle high-acuity cases efficiently. Prior travel experience and leadership skills are highly valued, as you'll play a key role in fostering teamwork and enhancing workflow in this fast-paced environment. Be prepared for a dynamic, challenging, yet rewarding assignment where your expertise truly makes a difference.
