Job Description:

Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant inpatient setting where you'll focus on acute care cases, particularly video swallow studies (VFSS). This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with a patient load of 8 to 10 individuals daily, across general medical, neurological, and respiratory conditions such as stroke, COPD, and CHF. Your expertise in VFSS and ICU experience will be critical as you collaborate with a small team of 2-3 therapists, working closely with a dedicated manager. The schedule features four 10-hour days, with initial onboarding Monday through Friday to get you acquainted with the facility and staff. This assignment offers a chance to make a real impact in patients' recovery journey while gaining valuable acute care experience.
