Job Description:

Join this ICU travel assignment where you'll work in a mixed-unit ICU environment divided into specialized pods, managing complex trauma, surgical, medical, and cardiac patients. Expect to handle high-acuity cases like ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID-19, and post-surgical recoveries, often with 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratios depending on patient needs. This role requires skilled critical care, including ventilator management, vasopressor administration, proning, and hemodynamic monitoring. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, supporting a team of experienced nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff. The assignment offers the opportunity to further develop your ICU expertise while enjoying a vibrant community with opportunities to explore local attractions and scenic day trips. This role is perfect for seasoned ICU RNs with previous travel experience who are ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and contribute to patient recovery and safety.
