Job Description:

Join an outpatient Hematology Oncology clinic as a registered nurse on a contract basis. In this role, you'll perform peripheral blood draws and IV placements in a setting dedicated to caring for patients with hematologic malignancies such as multiple myeloma, chronic leukemia, and lymphoma. Expect to manage chemotherapy treatments, administer blood transfusions, and respond to oncologic emergencies like tumor lysis syndrome. The schedule features five days per week, eight-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend coverage based on unit needs. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience working with complex treatments and protocols in a supportive outpatient environment.
