Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team for a 13-week travel contract as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) in Indianapolis. This role focuses on supporting complex liver transplant surgeries, requiring independent scrub experience with liver recipient transplants. You will work during 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) in an environment performing approximately 35 cases daily across 22 operating rooms. Responsibilities include maintaining aseptic technique in large open belly procedures including general, urology, thoracic, gynecology, plastics, Whipple, liver resection, and free flap surgeries. Expect 40-60 hours of call over six weeks, with holiday coverage. Candidates must hold BCLS and NBSTSA certifications and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly with liver transplants using DaVinci XI equipment.
