This role involves working 12-hour day shifts in a bustling 50-bed facility dedicated to helping patients regain their independence following severe injuries or illnesses. As a therapist in this environment, you will be instrumental in delivering intensive, customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey—from stroke and neurological conditions to trauma and orthopedic injuries. Expect a hands-on role focused on implementing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and witnessing firsthand the impactful progress of your patients over the course of the assignment.
