Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Kingsport, Tennessee, where you will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This role involves caring for a variety of medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork and patient safety. You'll be expected to handle patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, all while supporting the education of nursing students—adding a rewarding educational component to your shift. The schedule operates on a 36/36 basis, with every other weekend off, providing a balanced work-life experience. Travelers must be within 100 miles of the facility and have at least two years of experience, including MS/Tele and MS experience, along with active BLS certification. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience a supportive hospital culture where flexibility is valued, with the ability to pick up extra shifts as needed without penalties.
