Job Description:

This role places you in the vibrant city of New Orleans, working as a CRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics technician in a specialized environment focused on advanced respiratory therapies and neuro diagnostics. During this 13-week contract, you'll handle Nitric Oxide therapy, ECMO procedures, and bedside bronchoscopies, often working with sophisticated ventilators like the Puritan Bennett 840 and 980, as well as Bipap and transport ventilators. The overnight shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend off. Expect a fast-paced setting that demands technical expertise and quick thinking, as you'll support critical respiratory interventions and diagnostics to assist in patient assessments and treatments. This position offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment, engaging primarily in technical procedures and equipment management rather than patient care. The job emphasizes hands-on work with cutting-edge technology, making for a uniquely engaging assignment.
