Job Description:

Join a dedicated Emergency Department team in Carlsbad, NM, for a 13-week travel RN assignment focusing on night shifts. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a Level 3 Trauma ER, working 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am. This role offers an engaging opportunity to utilize your clinical assessment skills, administer medications, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with a dynamic team. Expect to float as needed and participate in call responsibilities, all while showcasing your leadership in critical situations. The position emphasizes thorough documentation, adherence to safety standards, and efficient patient assessments. This assignment stands out for its fast pace, level of autonomy, and the chance to practice in a busy trauma setting. Please note that a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and specific certifications are required.
