Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team in Boone, North Carolina, as a Registered Nurse for an engaging 13-week contract. In this role, you will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical care to ICU patients with a focus on ventilator management and patient stabilization. Flexibility is key, as you’ll may float to IMCU and Medical-Surgical units as needed, ensuring optimal coverage across departments. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to sharpen your ICU skills in a fast-paced environment, with patient ratios typically around 1:2. Ensure your North Carolina or Multistate license is current, along with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications. Proficiency with EPIC is required, and candidates must be comfortable caring for occasional pediatric patients. Uniforms are all white or navy scrubs, and local residency requirements apply.
