Job Description:

Join us as a Clinical Program Coordinator Registered Nurse in Charleston, West Virginia, and become a vital part of a specialized trauma department. This role involves coordinating performance improvement activities for a Level 1 trauma center, with a focus on trauma registry management, data analysis, and compliance with American College of Surgeons standards. You will facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, oversee pediatric emergency care, and ensure accurate data submission to national and state trauma registries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on trauma registry experience and a background in trauma performance improvement, particularly related to ACS verification processes. This position offers the chance to work within a highly specialized team dedicated to trauma quality and safety standards, rather than general management responsibilities.
