Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a registered nurse providing comprehensive patient assessments, planning, and care documentation in a lively hospital setting. This role involves evaluating patient physical, emotional, and social needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and revise individualized care plans, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You'll do meaningful work overseeing patient progress, providing education, and supporting discharge planning—all while staying engaged in a fast-paced, on-the-floor environment during 12-hour night shifts.
