Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of St. Louis, Missouri. This contract offers the chance to work in a high-volume, Magnet-recognized hospital with a Level I Trauma Center designation. You will be responsible for providing specialized patient monitoring and care in the telemetry and step-down units during 12-hour night shifts. The role involves interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing cardiac drips, and collaborating closely with a skilled team.
