Job Description:

Join a rewarding PTA Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation role providing skilled physical therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes across Lewis and Carter Counties. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you'll implement targeted interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and safety, enabling patients to regain independence in their daily routines. This position involves traveling between patient homes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families on safety and exercise strategies.
