Job Description:

This MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse role offers the chance to work in a stepdown setting with the opportunity to float between stepdown and medical-surgical units. You'll be providing patient monitoring and support during 12-hour night shifts, typically working three nights per week. The assignment requires experience in both stepdown and PCU units, with a focus on managing patient conditions with patient ratios of 1:4-5 (stepdown) and 1:5-6 (med-surg). Flexibility to float as needed is essential, and you'll be expected to adapt quickly to different unit needs. The facility prefers travelers with recent experience in these areas and a valid South Carolina license. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety and are comfortable stepping into different patient care environments while focusing on patient safety and comfort.
