Job Description:

Join a bustling level-one trauma center in Charleston, SC, as a Certified Operating Room Technician / Surgical Tech (CST). This 13-week travel assignment offers a chance to work in a surgical environment that covers a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, robotics, transplant, trauma, and more. You’ll be working 3 days a week with 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, rotating weekends and up to four call shifts every four weeks. The role requires float capabilities within the scope of practice, allowing flexibility to support various units within the hospital. Expect to handle diverse cases, from trauma to complex neuro and transplant surgeries, utilizing cutting-edge technology like the Davinci Xi robotic system. The hospital is a Magnet-designated teaching facility with a highly skilled staff, providing an enriching environment for seasoned OR techs with at least two years of experience, preferably in neuro, ENT, or robotic surgeries.
